Who it is for

Whether you’re leading a new project team, running retrospectives, or trying to break through a performance plateau, TQI helps teams create the conditions for better collaboration and greater productivity.

Guidance is included for team leaders to lead the learning process.

Made for team leaders, by team leaders.

How it works

Just like a participative online game, each team member logs into TQI online and the process begins.

The team leader is provided with guidelines to take the team through three stages of on-screen exercises, building a shared language and exploring questions provided to open up dialogue and discussion for team discovery.

The team receives a shareable report, walking away with practical next steps to keep the learning momentum going for performance improvement.

How we are different

TQI online is different to profiling systems.

We recognise that teams are dynamic — shaped by context, timing, and the changing nature of relationships — and that different qualities emerge under different circumstances.

Using the Qualities of Practice card system, teams begin with a vital question:

How do we collectively show up when we’re working at our best?

From there, they explore:

The qualities that are needed to meet challenges ahead.

Each session turns reflection into action — creating focus, alignment, and productive outcomes.

And because the process can be repeated in a new context, with new questions, teams learn together, connect more, share a common language around the qualities, and support each other in everyday workplace challenges.

That’s what sets it apart from profiling.
