See your team differently

You work hard. You meet, you plan, you push forward. But sometimes the answers aren’t in the plan - they’re in how you work together.

How we are different

TQI online is different to profiling systems.

We recognise that teams are dynamic — shaped by context, timing, and the changing nature of relationships — and that different qualities emerge under different circumstances.

Using the Qualities of Practice card system, teams begin with a vital question:

How do we collectively show up when we’re working at our best?

From there, they explore:

The qualities that are needed to meet challenges ahead.

Each session turns reflection into action — creating focus, alignment, and productive outcomes.

And because the process can be repeated in a new context, with new questions, teams learn together, connect more, share a common language around the qualities, and support each other in everyday workplace challenges.

That’s what sets it apart from profiling.

A shared language for team qualities

A chart illustrating the 7 qualities of a team, including Competitive, Goal focused, Values based, Analytical, Logical, Resilient, and Responsive, with a balance between Operational-focused and Relational-focused qualities, emphasizing team balance.

Our research-backed system helps teams discover both operational-focused and relational-focused qualities.

  • The full exercise is designed to take 60–90 minutes, depending on team size and depth of dialogue.

The process includes 20 guided steps, each with an estimated time. Teams that choose to spend more time in discussion and reflection may take longer — by design.
